Abstract
Authentic leadership has emerged as a pivotal framework within organizational studies, resonating deeply with ethical conduct, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. The literature suggests that authentic leadership involves self-awareness, relational transparency, balanced processing, and an internalized moral perspective, which collectively foster trust between leaders and followers, leading to enhanced organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and increased employee commitment.
