This register is for *dynamic* composure: not necessarily jumping or dancing, but the version of you that is willing to be an angle, a diagonal, a relationship between two people in one frame. You are telling the room that a still head-and-shoulders is not the only truth you have.
It can be a lot, physically. Build in breaks, water, a reset into something softer. If the session is shared with a partner, be explicit about where each of you is allowed to *pull* the pose so neither of you is over-steering the other in the moment.
Trust signals matter: a word that means “hold” and a word that means “reset” — agree on them before the floor work starts.
